Position Highlights:

• PRN Physical Therapist
• Flexible but consistent PRN schedule Monday - Wednesday – Friday, with weekend coverage as needed 
• 10-15 hours / week

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed (or eligible) in Indiana
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Strong communication and time management skills

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outcome-driven physical therapy services
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Document using a web-based EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
