We work hard, we play hard and, most importantly, we care to our core about our teams and each other. We over-communicate around everything...especially while we navigate our new hybrid world.

Summary

We’re building event technology solutions that power complex, high-impact experiences, and we’re looking for a leader who will own that challenge end to end. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, consulting, and execution, and you’ll be our go-to leader in high-stakes moments, bringing clarity, confidence, and decisive forward motion when it matters most. While you’ll be hands-on for complex programs, you’ll also build systems and standards that scale beyond any single individual.

You will

  • Lead complex programs end-to-end as the frontline partner to clients and senior leaders, guiding all phases from discovery to design to recommendation to build/integrate to launch to optimize.
  • Own the continuous discovery of emerging and AI-driven technologies - proactively scanning the market, assessing potential value, and leading how these innovations are proposed to clients and integrated into our programs.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point when technology challenges arise—providing calm leadership, rapid problem-solving, and clear direction.
  • Partner with account leads and cross-functional teams to integrate technology seamlessly into the overall event experience.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing event technology team; establish best practices and scalable delivery standards.
  • Shape our event technology ecosystem (registration, apps, engagement, data, integrations) and keep us at the forefront of the industry.

What success looks like

  • Clients and teams gain confidence in moments of complexity because you’re visible, engaged, and actively providing and driving solutions forward.
  • Complex programs run smoothly, with intentional technology decisions and seamless execution.
  • Clients see us as ahead of the curve because you consistently bring forward new platforms, tools, and approaches that elevate their programs and set us apart.

What you bring

  • 5+ years leading complex event technology teams and personally shipping complex solutions.
  • Broad, hands on expertise across the event technology ecosystem, including registration platforms, event apps, audience engagement tools, data and analytics technologies, and CMS based systems (i.e. Cvent, RainFocus, etc.)
  • Executive-ready communication and client consulting skills (discovery, solution design, clear recommendations).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
  • Proven comfort operating in high-visibility, high-accountability situations with senior stakeholders.

Highly Preferred: Prior experience working in an agency or client-services environment (event, experiential, or marketing agency), with direct responsibility for multiple concurrent clients.
