SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, print, and event channels. This role is responsible for coordinating campaigns, managing marketing operations, implementing AI-driven SEO strategies, and ensuring accurate CRM workflow alignment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of driving marketing activities that support revenue growth, lead generation, and brand visibility in a B2B manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Execution & Coordination
· Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels to support company objectives.
· Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and external vendors.
· Manage email marketing schedules, social media calendars, and post-campaign performance tracking.
· Support business development through campaign-driven lead generation and nurturing workflows.
Marketing AI & SEO Integration
· Implement and maintain AI-powered SEO strategies to strengthen search rankings and online presence across key product categories.
· Use AI-driven insights to optimize content, perform keyword analysis, and forecast industry trends.
· Utilize marketing AI tools for content generation, audience segmentation, and social engagement optimization.
· Conduct ongoing A/B testing and performance analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
CRM & Marketing Operations
· Maintain and audit Salesforce CRM data, templates, and campaign dashboards.
· Collaborate with sales to ensure accurate lead flow, performance measurement, and attribution tracking.
· Support automation of marketing workflows, reporting, and operational processes.
Event & Trade Show Management
· Coordinate all aspects of trade shows and events including logistics, promotional materials, booth setup, and pre/post-show communications.
· Manage promotional item inventory, ordering, and distribution.
· Assist in the development of presentations, event content, and digital collateral.
Market Research & Reporting
· Compile reports and dashboards on campaign performance, lead generation, engagement, and ROI.
· Utilize AI-assisted analytics platforms to identify actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
· Understanding of SEO, analytics, AI marketing tools, and digital performance optimization.
· Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
· Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively across departments, including sales, operations, and product management.
· Experience supporting trade shows in a manufacturing or technical industry.
· Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create reports to support marketing strategy.
· Ability to work harmoniously with internal and external resources at all levels with an earnest posture to encourage feedback, and a keenness to listen and learn diligently from others
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Salesforce CRM experience.
· WordPress or CMS experience.
· B2B marketing experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Familiarity with marketing automation, AI content tools, and SEO platforms.
· Experience with graphic tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
· Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in similar roles (B2B or manufacturing experience preferred)
