Role Summary
Traliant is seeking a results-driven Senior Manager, Partner Marketing to lead the execution and optimization of partner marketing programs and strategies that drive partner-sourced pipeline, expansion revenue and increase long-term partner engagement.
This role will collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to activate and scale strategic partner relationships through co-marketing, events and campaigns. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing partner-facing marketing programs, ensuring initiatives are well-executed, measurable, and aligned with company growth goals. This is a high impact role with ownership of program strategy within the broader GTM framework.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Marketing Strategy & Programs
- Define and execute partner marketing strategy and initiatives that support pipeline growth and expansion
- Lead co-marketing programs with strategic partners, including webinars, campaigns, and events
- Develop annual and quarterly partner marketing plans tied to pipeline and expansion targets
- Support partner enablement through creating effective scalable partner campaign kits, messaging, and shared assets
- Build and maintain partner marketing calendars and execution timelines
- Manage recurring partner tasks such as co-branded imaging, email template authoring, asset branding, and more
Revenue & Pipeline Impact
- Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate attribution, reporting and forecasting
- Track and report on partner program performance, including pipeline contribution and engagement metrics
- Optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and growth through integrated campaigns
Campaign & Program Execution
- Execute partner-led webinars and events in partnership with internal teams
- Support promotion and follow-up for partner programs across email, sales, and community channels
- Extend the lifecycle of partner programs through on-demand content and follow-up campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as primary marketing liaison to Partnership team
- Align partner initiatives with Product Marketing messaging and GTM positioning
- Partner with Customer Marketing to align partner programs with customer lifecycle initiatives
- Work closely with the Webinar & Events Manager on scheduling and execution
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support partner-driven expansion opportunities
Reporting & Optimization
- Track partner marketing performance and partner-sourced pipeline in Salesforce
- Analyze program results and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and revenue outcomes
- Deliver regular reporting and insights to executive leadership
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, or B2B Marketing
- Proven track record of driving measurable partner-sourced pipeline and revenue impact
- Proven experience running co-marketing programs, webinars, and campaigns that generate measurable pipeline
- Strong strategic planning, program management and execution skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align GTM teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking Ability to operate independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Washington Applicants Only: U.S. Employees will accrue 15 days of PTO for the first year of completed employment and eligible to receive up to 12 holidays annually.
The pay range for this position is $100,000-110,000 annually. In addition, the position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus.
