The Role You’ll Play

The CCBHC Specialist serves as a subject matter expert and operational lead for our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) program. This position supports compliance, coordination, and performance monitoring of CCBHC services while partnering closely with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.



 What You’ll Do as a CCBHC Specialist:

  • Serve as the primary internal resource for CCBHC requirements, standards, and workflows
  • Support compliance with federal and state CCBHC regulations, including documentation, service delivery, and reporting
  • Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to ensure consistent implementation of CCBHC service components
  • Monitor performance metrics, outcomes, and quality indicators tied to CCBHC services
  • Assist with audits, data tracking, reporting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Required:

  • Post-secondary education in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Experience in behavioral health, quality, or compliance
  • Experience with quality improvement, audits, data tracking, or regulatory compliance
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams without formal supervisory authority
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs) and reporting systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
     

Preferred:

  • Experience with CCBHC demonstration or expansion programs
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and person-centered care models
  • Experience supporting grant-funded or federally regulated programs
Salary Description
$70,000 - $80,000/year
