We are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to serve as the critical technical bridge between our commercial organization and our product/engineering teams. In this post-sales role, you will be the go-to expert our clients and internal teams rely on to manage measurement projects, troubleshoot issues, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure our healthcare advertising and measurement products deliver measurable outcomes.
You will work directly with pharmaceutical and life sciences clients to operationalize targetable HCP and DTC audiences built from medical and pharmacy claims data, and you will help them understand and act on Rx, Dx, and Px outcomes. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable on a client call explaining campaign measurement methodology as they are writing SQL in BigQuery to investigate a data discrepancy.
What You’ll Do:
Client-Facing Technical Partnership• Join client calls as the technical subject-matter expert, fielding questions on platform architecture, data methodology, audience construction, and measurement design.• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for delivery, targeting, and measurement issues, coordinating resolutions across product, engineering, and data teams.• Translate complex data concepts (e.g., claims matching logic, NPI-level targeting, attribution windows) into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.• Serve as the primary post-sales technical point of contact for strategic accounts, building trust and driving retention across our measurement customer base.
Data & Analytics• Write and optimize SQL queries in Google BigQuery (and familiarity with Snowflake / AWS / Databricks) to investigate data quality issues, validate audience segments, and generate ad-hoc analyses for clients and internal teams.• Conduct QA on audience builds, measurement reports, and Rx/Dx/Px outcome analyses before they reach clients.• Develop reusable query templates, dashboards, or lightweight tools that accelerate common support and analysis workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration• Act as the voice of the client within product and engineering, surfacing feature requests, pain points, and workflow gaps with clear technical context.• Partner with Sales and Account Management to support renewals, upsells, and strategic conversations with data-driven insights.• Document platform capabilities, known issues, and workarounds in a shared knowledge base to reduce repeat escalations.• Contribute to internal enablement by training sales and CS teams on product functionality, data schemas, and common client questions.
Platform & Process Improvement• Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end platform architecture—from claims data ingestion to audience activation to outcome measurement.• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive support tasks and propose solutions to product/engineering.• Help define and refine escalation paths, SLAs, and operational playbooks for post-sales technical support.• Support the scaling of the advertising business from approximately 10 consistent measurement customers to 20+ before year-end.
