Our Minneapolis headquarters has an immediate opening for a full-time Senior HR Generalist with a focus in learning and development. This position contributes to SRF innovation and lasting solutions by providing high-quality, essential human resources services, and support to our employees and departments.


Job Description:

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to redesign the training budget and calendar and own this process going forward.
  • Lead implementation of LMS module in Paylocity and manage LMS going forward.
  • Develop and utilize training metrics dashboard to strategically inform training program development.
  • Lead training program development and facilitation.
  • Partner on talent review processes including performance reviews, 9-box and succession planning.
  • Support employee relations investigations, develop and communicate PIPs and written documentation, and coach employees and supervisors following SRF’s procedures.
  • Serve as backup facilitator for new employee orientations.
  • Assist with compensation and pay equity activities.
  • Assist with employee handbook maintenance.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in HR, instructional design, or related field. 
  • 5 or more years of HR experience, with 3+ years experience in instructional/training design.
  • Demonstrated ability in the application of adult learning and training concepts, theories, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and ambassador skills.
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with LMS.
  • Demonstrated performance as a strategic HR business partner across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrates consistent commitment to quality/creativity in their work.
  • Ability to deal with difficult, sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Salary: $75,000 – $100,000


Compensation is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, job location, internal equity, market analysis, and specific qualifications relevant to the role.
