HALO is seeking a highly strategic and relationship driven Regional Vice President, Strategic Sellers to lead, protect, and grow our highest revenue independent Account Executives. This leader serves as a trusted business partner to elite sellers, helping them strengthen client relationships, reduce risk, and drive long-term, predictable revenue performance. In this role, you will orchestrate complex account strategies, guide top performers toward greater adoption of HALO’s Seller Platform, and ensure revenue stability across a high-value portfolio. Success is defined by retention, disciplined growth, concentration risk reduction, and durable performance—not short-term spikes.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Orchestration
- Coordinate cross-functional resources for complex, high-value client relationships.
- Support sellers in strategic account planning, expansion, and growth initiatives.
- Provide executive-level escalation support when needed.
Risk & Capacity Management
- Monitor portfolio concentration, revenue exposure, and seller performance indicators.
- Identify vulnerable accounts and lead proactive contingency planning.
- Drive scenario planning, forecasting, and stability modeling for the region.
Platform Alignment & Adoption
- Persuade elite sellers to leverage HALO’s Seller Platform rather than operating independently.
- Promote scalable, system-based selling over bespoke solutions to enable growth and efficiency.
Onboarding & Support of New Strategic Sellers
- Partner with recruiting to integrate new high level sellers into the $2M+ Strategic Seller cohort.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience that accelerates platform adoption and portfolio growth.
Key Performance Indicators
- Revenue growth across the seller cohort
- Revenue retention and overall portfolio stability
- Reduction in concentration and operational risk
- Predictable year-over-year performance
- Expansion of strategic client relationships

- Reduced churn and account erosion
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, strategic account management, or commercial operations in a complex selling environment.
- Proven ability to manage or influence a portfolio representing $50M+ in revenue or a group of high-producing sellers/producers.
- Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, marketing services, or related B2B industries preferred.
- Strong background in enterprise account strategy and cross-functional resource alignment.
- Experience supporting or leading independent, entrepreneurial sales performers is highly valuable.
Leadership & Strategic Capabilities
- Demonstrated strength in assessing business risk, including pipeline health and revenue concentration.
- Skilled in forecasting, scenario planning, and driving predictable business outcomes.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and to build trust with elite performers.
- Proven experience driving adoption of technology platforms or standardized selling methodologies.
Operational & Analytical Skills
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret seller performance data, trends, and risk indicators.
- Comfortable navigating complex seller/client dynamics and creating actionable strategies.
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, marketing, and technology teams.
Communication & Relationship Building
- Exceptional executive communication and presence.
- Strong influence and negotiation skills, especially with high-performing independent sellers.
- Ability to guide difficult conversations, manage escalations, and align stakeholders.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $160,000 - $175,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
