HALO is seeking a dynamic, development focused Regional Vice President, Emerging Sellers to accelerate the growth and potential of independent Account Executives (AEs) operating within the $0–$500K revenue cohort. This role is designed for a leader who excels in coaching, capability building, and inspiring adoption of a proven platform model. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening selling fundamentals, increasing seller confidence and output, and guiding them toward measurable and sustained progression into the $500K–$2M cohort. Success is defined by seller progression, revenue expansion, platform adoption, and increased breakout probability.
Responsibilities:
Seller Development & Coaching
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, including pipeline reviews and opportunity development.
- Build individualized growth plans tailored to each seller’s capabilities and goals.
- Provide hands-on support for stalled opportunities, account challenges, and skill gaps.
Platform Adoption & Enablement
- Drive adoption of HALO’s Seller Platform tools, services, and operating model.
- Lead structured enablement paths focused on product knowledge, selling fundamentals, and execution readiness.
- Reinforce platform value through measurable business outcomes and seller success stories.
Progression & Graduation Management
- Define, communicate, and manage clear graduation criteria into the $500K–$2M cohort.
- Identify high-potential sellers and accelerate their development through targeted coaching and support.
- Monitor performance trends, capability progression, and overall breakout probability.
Onboarding & Growth of New Sellers
- Partner with recruiting to support the onboarding of new independent sellers into the Emerging Sellers cohort.
- Ensure early platform adoption, revenue traction, and foundational skill building.
Key Performance Indicators
- Revenue growth across the cohort
- Number of sellers progressing into the $500K–$2M cohort
- Reduction in revenue volatility and improved stability
- Increase in average revenue per seller
- Platform adoption and enablement participation rates
- Retention of high-potential sellers
- Reduced account churn and erosion
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales enablement, or coaching roles within a B2B selling environment.
- Experience developing emerging sales talent, ideally in an independent rep or entrepreneurial sales model.
- Background in promotional products, branded merchandise, marketing services, or similar industries preferred.
- Demonstrated success implementing structured development plans, training programs, or enablement curriculums.
Leadership & Development Skills
- Proven ability to coach sellers of varying experience levels, building confidence, capability, and consistency.
- Strong understanding of selling fundamentals, pipeline mechanics, and opportunity progression.
- Ability to inspire adoption of platform tools, structured processes, and standardized workflows.
- Skilled at identifying high-potential talent and accelerating their growth trajectory.
Operational & Analytical Capabilities
- Ability to assess seller performance patterns, identify capability gaps, and implement corrective development strategies.
- Strong analytical acumen, comfortable interpreting revenue data, pipeline signals, and progression benchmarks.
- Experience managing performance expectations, progression metrics, and graduation thresholds.
Communication & Influence
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with independent sellers who operate with entrepreneurial autonomy.
- Effective at storytelling, demonstrating value, and driving alignment around growth strategies.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $130,000 - $150,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
