Description

 Designation: Specialist Training – AR Follow Up Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Committing to work in night shift.

 • Conduct new hire (expereinced & fresher), refresher training on aligned process, domain, and  tools 

• Conduct process knowledge tests, analyze results and publish findings 

• Work closely with quality and business to identify performance gaps for new hire trainees, create and execute remediation plans to improve trainee performance .

• Achieve set targets on various training effectiveness parameters. • Own OJT execution and post-training ramp-up 

• Coach trainees on live cases and real scenarios Track and report productivity, quality, and readiness metrics 

• Be responsible for training batch management: • Adherence to learning plan

 • Maintain all batch data and reporting as per the pre-set process • Manage batch logistics – training invites, ID Request & Management 

• Take care of people's issues in the batch (performance, disciplinary, schedule adherence, EWS  etc.) 

• On time referred to HR cases alignment (absconding, NCNS, training rejects) 

• Be an active and effective contributor in assigned projects (e.g., new work transition, any process  of content creation and dissemination, etc.)

 • Continue with hands-on work processing for aligned processes for a minimum of 12 hours a month – account working to ensure trainer is aligned with process specific updates. 

• Participate in client calls, understand process/tools changes or upgrades, prepare required 

• documentation for roll-out to the aligned process teams • Be accountable for self-development/learning, create & complete individual development plan  for self, continuously stay invested to be a subject matter expert, proactive, innovative & creative.
