What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in trucks, autos, and gas/diesel-powered equipment (mowers, construction, landscaping—you name it!)
- Perform safety inspections and repairs on trucks, SUVs, tractors, and more
- Train operators on safe equipment usage
- Handle welding and fabrication for repairs
- Provide field repairs and road calls
- Organize and manage repair projects from start to finish, including maintenance logs
- Research cost estimates for materials and supplies
- Operate heavy equipment (trucks, snow removal, tractors)
- Weekend shifts may be required—because the fleet never sleeps!

- Technical knowledge and experience in fleet maintenance
- Ability to work independently and under general supervision
- Skilled in diagnostics, repairs, and safety practices

Requirements
- 3+ years of mechanical repair experience, (applicable certifications may enhance compensation.)
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience with truck/district vehicles and small machinery repair (mowers, weed eaters, etc.).
- Familiarity of managing materials inventory and safety protocols.
