Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth 
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to support efficient surgical schedules  
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage and financial responsibilities 
  • Facilitate patient check-in/check-out and ensure accurate patient records 
  • Answer patient phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments, procedures, and office policies 
  • Coordinate care with clinical staff to streamline patient flow and minimize wait times 
  • Provide clear communication regarding pre-operative and post-operative instructions 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical front office preferred; oral surgery or specialty experience a plus 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and basic billing processes 
  • Proficiency with practice management software and basic computer skills 
  • Professional, patient-focused demeanor
