Our marketing team drives millions in monthly revenue through paid media, lifecycle marketing, content, partnerships, and brand initiatives. As we scale into our next phase of growth, we are hiring a Marketing Generalist to help support execution across all areas of marketing.

Role Overview
The Marketing Generalist is an all-hands, execution-focused role supporting campaign execution, marketing operations, creative production, and growth initiatives.
This person will work across lifecycle marketing, paid media, content production, and marketing operations to help the team move faster and operate more efficiently.
This is a high-visibility role with significant growth opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
- Assist with execution and scheduling of email campaigns in HubSpot
- Support coordination of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and internal documentation
- Help ensure campaigns launch on time and without operational errors
Paid Media Support
- Assist with creative trafficking and organization of ad assets
- Help maintain campaign tracking documentation
- Coordinate creative needs with internal and external teams
Creative & Content Support
- Help organize creative assets and content libraries
- Assist in production coordination for shoots and creative initiatives
- Support social and lifecycle content execution
General Marketing Support
- Assist team members across marketing functions as needed
- Help maintain marketing systems and operational workflows
- Support special projects and growth initiatives
What Success Looks Like
Within first 30 days:
- Fully onboarded into marketing systems and workflows
- Supporting lifecycle campaigns and creative coordination
Within first 90 days:
- Independently managing operational tasks
- Supporting execution across multiple marketing channels
Within 6 months:
- Trusted operational owner supporting core marketing workflows
- Enabling faster campaign execution and improved team efficiency
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3 years experience in marketing, marketing operations, or related role
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who takes initiative
Preferred:
- Experience with HubSpot (required)
- Experience supporting paid media or creative teams
- Experience in ecommerce, healthcare, or tech
