This position will report to and operate within CV3 Financial Services, a dedicated subsidiary of CV3 Holdings.

GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Compliance Specialist will assist with ensuring CV3 is complying with all required application and disclosure procedures, with a focus on regulatory compliance.


In this position, you will:

  • Reviews loan applications for completeness, accuracy of information, required licensing and regulatory reporting. 
  • Assists in the completion and delivery of all federal and state initial disclosures.
  • Conducts compliance reviews pursuant to the organization’s origination manual.
  • Keeps departments/lines-of-business abreast of Compliance requirements.
  • Support in the creation of Disclosure Department policies and procedures. 
  • Helps ensure alignment of loan origination systems to support lending activities and satisfy regulatory imperatives. 
  • Ensures the Disclosure Desk maintains required turn times. 
  • Maintains rapport with departments and personnel.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Advises management of all application/file inconsistencies, as it pertains to Compliance.
  • Aids in any required file remediation
  • This position may involve handling confidential and sensitive information as part of its daily responsibilities. Employees are expected to exercise discretion and protect all sensitive data, including but not limited to personal information, loan details, business and financial records, and proprietary materials.

 



Requirements

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Associate degree in business or related field. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a compliance capacity with a focus on real estate lending.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

$25.00 - $33.00 plus monthly incentive
