The Influencer Coordinator, Paid & UGC is a proactive and highly organized team member with a passion for influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and the evolving digital landscape. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day execution of both paid and earned influencer programs, manage UGC sourcing, oversee product seeding and talent workflows, develop content briefs, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life. This role is a hybrid position; 1 day/week in NYC.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Program Execution
- Assist in influencer discovery and outreach, identifying creators whose audiences align with brand objectives.
- Manage day-to-day communication with influencers, talent managers, and agencies to support both earned and paid partnerships.
- Support paid influencer campaigns across contracts, product sends, creative briefs, deliverable tracking, and usage rights.
- Maintain an updated influencer database including performance notes, rates, and communication logs.
- Coordinate and track all seeding, gifting, and product shipments to ensure timely delivery and budget alignment.
UGC & Creator Sourcing
- Source, vet, and onboard UGC creators and emerging talent across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Assist in developing briefs with clear messaging, product claims, hooks, and platform-specific best practices.
- Review and provide feedback on UGC and creator content to ensure brand alignment, accuracy, and performance readiness.
- Monitor creator trends, cultural moments, and new platform behaviors to recommend new partnership opportunities.
Creative Briefing & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Create content briefs for all influencer and UGC partnerships on a campaign-by-campaign basis.
- Partner closely with PR, Social, Paid Media, and Creative on content needs, timelines, and optimization opportunities.
- Project manage digital activations and cross-functional timelines, ensuring seamless execution across influencer touchpoints.
Paid Media Optimization
- Collaborate with the Paid Media and Growth teams to evaluate creator content performance and recommend optimizations for improved efficiency.
- Identify top-performing creator assets and coordinate whitelisting, boosting, and paid extensions where appropriate.
- Use performance insights to refine future content briefs, messaging angles, and creator selections.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign KPIs including engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, content performance, and ROI.
- Conduct competitive analysis and category benchmarking using platforms such as Tribe Dynamics.
- Summarize learnings for key stakeholders and support quarterly creator strategy updates.
Relationship Building & Community Development
- Support relationship-building efforts with macro, micro, and nano creators.
- Identify opportunities to surprise and delight top-tier creators and support cultural moments, tentpoles, and product launch buzz.
- Maintain strong, authentic creator relationships that support long-term brand affinity.
- Responsible for tracking product orders and sends to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are kept with ongoing check-ins with Consumer Engagement lead

- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, social media, PR, or digital marketing.
- Beauty or lifestyle experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and paid + organic influencer dynamics.
- Experience working with creators is a plus.
- Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Annual Base Compensation range: $50,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
