We are seeking a results-oriented individual to join our Infrastructure Solutions organization to deliver supremely innovative products and grow our ecosystem partnerships in support of revolutionizing cooling solutions for AI datacenters.    

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

By being part of the Infrastructure Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting our core product management and marketing needs within our core businesses of solid-state cooling for Optical Transceivers and for GPUs. While working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams you will drive product management and marketing, through development, launch, adoption, and ramp. 

You’ll operate hands-on, close to engineering, marketing, sales and customers to take responsibility for the concrete outputs that move products forward: requirements, prioritization, launches, enablement, and partner execution.  

This role is responsible for defining target segments, articulating competitive differentiation, enabling sales, and driving successful product launches across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency with a market-driven mindset and hands-on execution. 

This is a high-ownership role for someone who likes being in the details, closing loops, and delivering products to customers in the datacenter industry. 

What You’ll Do

Product Management

• Own product requirements and backlog from concept through production and sustaining 
• Drive clear, actionable PRDs based on customer needs, market research, partner input, and technical constraints 
• Stay apprised of the latest industry trends and drive needs into product roadmaps and requirements 
• Work day-to-day with engineering to prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and keep execution moving 
• Track product progress across development, validation, launch, and post-launch phases 

Customer & Market Execution

• Engage directly with customers to gather requirements, validate features, and support adoption 
• Support design-ins, proof-of-concepts, and early deployments with hands-on involvement 
• Partner with sales to support technical and product-related customer conversations 

Product Marketing

• Develop and maintain positioning, feature descriptions, competitive comparisons, FAQs 
• Enable sales and partners with practical tools—decks, one-pagers, messaging—not fluff 
• Ensure product messaging stays aligned with product value props and company strategies 

Ecosystem & Partner Execution

• Work with ecosystem partners (OEMs, ISVs, platform providers, open-source communities) to ensure product compatibility and readiness 
• Own partner-facing deliverables: requirements alignment, integration plans, documentation, and timelines 

What We’re Looking For

• 3-7 years of experience in product management, product marketing or closely related execution roles in semiconductors, systems, or deep tech 
• Proven experience owning product deliverables through multiple product phases (development, launch, sustain) 
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, customers, and partners 
• Comfortable operating at a startup pace with limited process and high accountability 
• Technically fluent enough to work effectively with engineers and customers 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and persistent—you close loops 

Nice to Have

• Startup or early-stage experience 
• Experience supporting design-ins, platform launches, or ecosystem-dependent products 
• Background working with OEMs, hyperscale cloud service providers, or infrastructure service providers 
• Exposure to open standards or open-source ecosystems
