The Operations Manager leads the AMPS PriceDynamics Operations team, ensures appropriate system configurations and manages ongoing operational performance. This role oversees claims processing workflows, vendor management, client setup, client onboarding, and contract configuration, while driving process optimization and system enhancements. The Operations Manager partners cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure high-quality client delivery.
Essential Job Duties:
· Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulatory requirements.
· Manage claims queues to meet or exceed AMPS performance standards
· Initiate and manage internal projects that support the company’s goals.
· Provide leadership to ensure priorities are clear and that quality standards, accuracy, and turnaround time expectations are consistently met.
· Monitor, prioritize, and escalate Operations-related tickets.
· Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, especially regarding presentation and influence for internal and external audiences:
· Present to clients with slides that are crisp, clear, and tell compelling stories.
· Design workflows to illustrate start-to-end processes/integration.
· Analyze provider contracts and perform quality checks around setups
· Collaborate within the operations team and other key departments in a way that supports the company’s vision and culture.
· Identify client needs, anticipate issues, and prioritize customer satisfaction
· Recognize and facilitate process improvement efforts.

Skills and Abilities:

· Technical knowledge of healthcare claims systems and ANSI 837/834 EDI transactions.
· Experience analyzing operational metrics and improving team performance.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a relevant field
· Minimum of 2-5+ years healthcare industry experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Experience with Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.
· Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 coding, medical terminology, and medical billing preferred.
· Experience in claims processing and EDI (ANSI 834/837)
