Quality Manager - Lead Quality and Healthcare Data Innovation
Job Type
Full-time
Description

Mountain Community Health (MCH) is transforming how quality, data, and patient care come together — and we’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead this work.  This is not a maintenance role. You will build and run a modern quality program, lead performance improvement initiatives, and serve as the operational leader for healthcare data and quality informatics. You’ll help clinicians improve care, strengthen reporting systems, and shape how a mission-driven health center delivers measurable impact.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with healthcare data, and driving meaningful change — this role offers exceptional influence and visibility.

 What You’ll Do

  • Lead MCH’s Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance program
  • Own quality reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Serve as the operational lead for quality informatics and eClinicalWorks reporting
  • Build systems that improve patient outcomes and workflow efficiency
  • Support HRSA compliance, UDS reporting, and PCMH readiness
  • This position reports to the CEO and partners with clinical leaders to implement performance improvement initiatives
  • Strengthen data integrity, audit readiness, and reporting reliability
  • Help shape the future of quality at a growing rural health center

What Makes This Role Different

  • High impact, strategic role with leadership visibility
  • Opportunity to build systems — not just maintain them
  • Direct collaboration with executive and clinical leadership
  • Mission-driven work improving access and outcomes in rural communities
  • Strong organizational commitment to quality infrastructure

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years experience in healthcare quality improvement, population health, or healthcare analytics
  • Experience with EHR reporting and healthcare data (eCW experience preferred)
  • Strong project management and systems thinking skills
  • Passion for improving patient care through data and performance improvement
  • FQHC or community health experience preferred
