What You’ll Do
· Help guests choose the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their life
· Create a comfortable, low-pressure experience from start to finish
· Guide customers through test drives, purchase or lease options, and delivery
· Stay connected after the sale and build long-term relationships

Income & Growth
· Guaranteed base pay starting at $3,000 per month
· Realistic first-year earnings of $50,000–$70,000+

Job Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year relevant sales or customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous work experience working directly with the public, selling or influencing others, establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, and communicating with persons outside the organization via phone, face-to-face, email and/or social media.
- Attention to detail
- Customer-focused with the ability to communicate directly with customers, explaining vehicle details, recommendations and costs
- Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data and process information
- Cooperative spirit that requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying good-natured, cooperative attitude; being sensitive to other’s needs and feelings while being understanding and helpful
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
