This role requires a critical thinker with proven experience managing complex logistical operations, including provisioning, analyzing datasets, and utilizing ERP systems, specifically with experience in NAVSEA/NAVSUP processes. Responsibilities:
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-savings within the supply chain.
- Support answering DLA339 and ESRS tickets and assist in performing necessary provisioning actions and other provisioning duties as required
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Analyze datasets related to inventory, transportation, and delivery performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct and participate in meetings with system Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), NAVSUP, DLA, and Program Office.
- Utilize logistics software systems to cross-reference manufacturer’s part numbers to National Stock Numbers (NSNs), identify part requisitioning information and locate material identified on engineering drawings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Perform APL Creation
- Perform APL Maintenance
- Manage & respond to DLA 339's/NAVSUP TFBRs
- Work with CM to load new drawings for new NIINS
- Review ECPs & CDRLS for impact to Provisioning
- Review APL Lists against drawings/LPD (reconcile APLs to configuration)
- Monitor the BAM cycles (3)
- Review and update PSDs
- Develop and update Variance sheets
- Respond to Advance Question data call with PMO & support the meetings
- Reconcile APLs with different ILS artifacts
- Understand and review the RBS models
- Familiarization with SEWIP increments and configurations
- Attend/support PCOE conference 2/year
- Gain access and working level knowledge of: ESRS, HAYSTACK, ERP, ILIT, Deckplate, iPDM, Logiquest, MBPS, PARTS, ICAPS
- Utilize ERP systems to track and manage inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Performer shall create Material Movement Forms.
- Performer shall create DD1149 shipping and receiving documents.
- Performer shall create DD1348 turn in documents.
-This position will need to be in office at NSWC Crane 3-4 days per week.
Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
Qualifications:
· 3 years of experience working within Naval Supply system/Supply Support/Material Movement
· Understands DOD supply data (NSN, Part No, CAGE, UI, cataloging, spares, OBRPs).
· Ability to read engineering drawings
· Experience with Navy ERP system
· Experience with NAVSUP processes and procedures.
· Proven experience working with datasets and extracting actionable insights.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
