Description

Full-time position in welfare benefits administration, regularly working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full time, hourly.


Duties

  • Assist Tier 2-4 Relationship Manager(s) with several hundred employers who provide their employees with account-based welfare and fringe benefits. In that capacity and as directed by the Tier 2-4 Relationship Manager.
  • Provide expertise and counsel to employers regarding compliance with federal regulations
  • Coordinate employer needs with in-house service departments
  • Work closely with brokers and advisors that provide services to employers to strengthen service relationships
  • Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time
  • Must keep current on all laws and regulations regarding Consumer Driven Healthcare Benefit Plans
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director, or Vice President

  • Have strong computer skills including typing, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to work well within a team

Education and Experience – Bachelor’s degree or work-related experience and experience in healthcare industry and/or human resources preferred.


Physical Requirements – This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
