The Events Coordinator supports the planning and execution of Dynasty-hosted and end client events, with a primary focus on assisting with logistics, coordination, and on-site support. This role is ideal for someone early in their events career who is highly organized, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a fast-paced, experience-driven team. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Associate and VP, Head of Events to support internal Dynasty events, client events, and broader community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of client events, including logistics, communications, and on-site coordination.
- Assist with planning and execution of select internal Dynasty events.
- Help manage attendee lists, registration, materials, and event documentation.
- Support vendor coordination, venue research, and event logistics.
- Assist with event calendars, timelines, and budget tracking.
- Help prepare pre-event communications and post-event follow-up materials.
- Provide on-site event support, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance.
- Assist with swag inventory, ordering, and organization.
- Support post-event surveys, reporting, and team debriefs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
