Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Truckomat candidates and hiring managers at multiple locations
  • Manage the end-to-end job posting lifecycle
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using a combination of traditional outreach and other tools
  • Conduct structured phone and virtual interviews
  • Maintain accurate, compliant records in the ATS and HR systems
  • Guide candidates through the full recruitment and onboarding journey
  • Leverage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Paylocity (ATS), and other recruiting technologies
Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working within structured, repeatable workflows 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Process-oriented and coachable
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Passionate about helping people find opportunities and creating positive candidate experiences. 
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate evening or weekend orientations
  • We’re willing to train the right high-potential candidate.
  • Must live within a daily commutable distance; remote work is not an option
