The Senior Endpoint Engineer plays a critical role in strengthening and scaling the CENTEGIX Safety Platform through cultivating a deep understanding of our client applications technology (desktop applications and mobile applications) and their interaction with customer ecosystems. This role ensures our platform remains secure, reliable, and high-performing through automation, proactive monitoring, and continuous optimization. By bridging software development and operations, the Senior Endpoint Engineer helps drive innovation, resilience, and efficiency across our systems so our solutions perform flawlessly when every second matters.

- Compatibility Engineering: Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting to identify and resolve software conflicts with third-party security postures (EDR/Antivirus) and hardware variations.
- Environment Replication: Using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)—like Terraform or Google Deployment Manager—to quickly spin up or "snapshot" clean test environments.
- Developer Advocacy: Inform software developers of endpoint constraints and provide technical feedback on silent installation, registry configurations, and performance impacts. Act as a key stakeholder when developing client application requirements.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices on endpoint software to ensure compliance with enterprise B2B requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Management or Systems Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Desktop and MacOS internals.
- Recent hands-on experience administering Jamf in a production macOS environment, including policy management, automation, and device lifecycle support.
- Hands-on Experience managing virtualized workloads in GCP (VPCs, Compute Engine).
