What You'll Do:
- Drive sales growth within an assigned territory
- Learn and apply the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- Inspect properties and identify pest control and home-protection needs
- Build new customer relationships and expand existing accounts
- Execute weekly goals in partnership with a Sales Manager
- Participate in daily team meetings and performance check-ins
- Lead sales meetings and contribute to team initiatives
