HALO is looking for a Supervisor, Technology Training & Sales Enablement who will lead the daily operations of the Technology Training team, supporting sales and field employees in their use of company systems and tools. This role oversees training delivery, documentation standards, and coordination of system-related initiatives, while ensuring sales teams understand how to effectively leverage tools to manage and grow their business. The Supervisor partners closely with Sales, Operations, IT, and Product teams to align training efforts with business needs and system enhancements. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team supervision with active involvement in training, content development, and system rollout support.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise and support Technology Trainers, providing coaching, direction, and performance feedback
- Prioritize and manage team workload across ongoing training, and system updates
- Ensure consistency in training standards, documentation, and communication
- Serve as escalation point for training-related questions and support
Training Delivery & Development
- Plan and facilitate live and virtual training sessions as needed
- Oversee development and maintenance of training materials, user guides, and knowledge resources
- Ensure materials remain aligned with current system functionality and business processes
- Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and user experience
System Rollout & Cross-Functional Support
- Coordinate training efforts related to system updates and enhancements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand upcoming changes and prepare training plans
- Assist in developing structured approaches for communicating updates to impacted users
- Support adoption efforts for new tools and process improvements
User Experience & Business Impact
- Develop a strong understanding of sales workflows and user challenges within company systems
- Identify opportunities to improve how tools are utilized to support efficiency and revenue-generating activities
- Provide practical guidance to users on how system capabilities can support business growth
- Share feedback with leadership and cross-functional partners regarding recurring user pain points or improvement opportunities
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Help standardize content organization and knowledge management practices
- Identify recurring training needs and recommend improvements
- Track participation, feedback, and training trends to enhance program quality
- Contribute to improving onboarding and ongoing enablement processes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in technology training, sales enablement, or a related field
- At least 1 year of previous supervisor and/or formal leadership experience
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or order management systems
- Experience facilitating training for individuals and groups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing and able to travel domestically 5-10% on an annual basis
- Familiarity with learning management systems or digital training tools
- Experience supporting sales or revenue-generating teams
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to translate technical processes into user-friendly guidance
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

- Ability to build credibility with experienced team members and stakeholders
Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $65,000 - $80,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
