Description

Are you energized by complex, high-impact programs supporting Department of Defense and aerospace missions? If you’re driven by growth, motivated by earning potential, and passionate about building trusted, long-term relationships while supporting mission-critical programs, choose FC Precision.

FC Precision is proud to be part of the FC Industries family — a company with more than 54 years of manufacturing excellence and a culture rooted in people, integrity, and long-term partnerships. What started as a strong foundation has grown into something even more powerful. Our expanding campus now spans over 350,000 square feet across two buildings, including a newly added facility within the last two years to support increased capacity and efficiency. We continue to invest in advanced technology, expanded automation, and enhanced tooling capabilities as we grow further into the DOD, aerospace, and medical markets. As an established OEM and Tier One supplier we want to continue to grow and innovate.

Our philosophy is simple: Tier-one and OEM programs evolve, and we evolve with them. FC Precision will adjust our automation strategy, capacity planning, and growth roadmaps to match changing customer requirements. We don’t force customers into a fixed process — we design the process around the mission.

As we continue to expand our footprint and capabilities, we are offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Sales Account Executive with strong knowledge of AS9100, precision machining, and tooling/automation. You will represent a team built for modern defense manufacturing expectations, including ITAR, ISO 9001:2015, GE S-1000, NADCAP defense-aligned compliance, and a secure collaboration posture, including CMMC accreditation for cyber security.
