At RFG, our mission is to remove friction for our Advisors so they can build their businesses without compromise. As our Salesforce Administrator, you play a critical role in delivering on that mission by ensuring the systems our teams rely on are stable, accurate, and thoughtfully designed.
This role thrives on clarity, structure, and disciplined execution. You will own a mission-critical Salesforce Financial Services Cloud environment that enables our teams to serve Advisors efficiently and consistently—without unnecessary complexity, rework, or disruption. Your work reduces friction behind the scenes by preserving data integrity, enforcing well-designed processes, and ensuring the platform functions reliably day in and day out.
You’ll be trusted to take a careful, analytical approach to system changes, weighing impact and risk before acting, and delivering solutions that are built to last. If you are motivated by ownership, precision, and making systems work better over time—so others can focus on growing their businesses—this role will feel like a natural fit.
