Description

Ready to be a part of the company transforming FinTech and how the world accesses banking services?

When was the last time you were excited about interacting with your bank or credit union? If the answer is “a while” then you’re in good company. Despite the fact that access to better financial choices is at the heart of empowering communities, businesses, and people, financial institutions (FIs) are struggling to keep up with modern expectations.

And that’s where Kinective comes in. We’re here to change the way the world accesses and thinks about banking through software that connects a historically “boring” industry to the latest and greatest fintechs shaping the industry.

Ok... but what does all of that actually mean? Banks and credit unions are using some pretty old-school systems, which makes adopting new and innovative technology difficult (if not impossible). If you think it’s easy for your local branch to send you a receipt via text… think again.

Want proof? As the largest provider of software connectivity to 1 in 4 U.S. financial institutions, we are the leading company transforming the way banking is done for credit unions and banks. (In fact, Forbes recently released their Best Banks in the World report, and Kinective works with over 60% of their named banks!).

Kinective is the connector (get it?) that bridges that technology gap and helps modernize the way banking works. Our 600+ team of mega-talented and passionate folks are brought together with the unifying desire to make life easier (and better) for our clients and ultimately paving the way for banks and credit unions to modernize banking for everyone.

The Cliffs Notes

We are seeking a strategic and high-impact Product Marketing Strategist to bridge the gap between product capabilities and market success. You are a storyteller who can navigate the Kinective ecosystem to drive go-to-market (GTM) execution and value-proposition development for our suite of solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive thinker who enjoys translating complex technical features into compelling narratives that resonate with clients and partners. You value a "we're all in this together" mindset and enjoy working at the intersection of Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption and growth.

What you’ll own:

  • GTM Execution Support: Partner closely with the Director of Product Marketing to assist in the rollout of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new products and features, ensuring timelines are met, stakeholders are informed, & deliverables are high-quality.
  • Customer & External Communications: Manage the execution of external-facing communications for new product launches, ensuring our clients and partners stay informed and engaged through clear, consistent messaging.
  • Client Advocacy & Success Stories: Lead the development of high-impact case studies and testimonials that showcase Kinective’s value; you will play a key role in identifying and capturing success stories from our user base.
  • Advisory Board Coordination Support: Assist in the management and facilitation of our Customer and FinTech Advisory Boards, acting as a liaison to ensure these groups provide meaningful feedback and remain deeply connected to our mission.
  • Sales Enablement Content: Assist in the building and maintenance of essential sales tools rooted in our products (e.g. pitch decks, collateral, ROI calculators) that translate our core positioning into materials that help the sales team win.
  • Coordinated Marketing of Our Products: Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide the strategic foundation for lead-generation campaigns, webinars, and content.

What you’re great at:

  • Strategic Storytelling: Proven ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies and simple, powerful stories.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing and presentation skills; you are comfortable writing technical one-pagers and presenting to leadership.
  • Collaboration: You enjoy acting as a connector between cross-functional teams and can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: A critical thinker who can anticipate market needs and develop creative solutions to address industry challenges.
Requirements

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within SaaS or FinTech.
  • Demonstrated success in developing internal/external messaging and GTM plans for enterprise-level solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing or Private Equity-backed organization (Preferred).
