Caladwich is seeking motivated, customer-focused Logistics Analysts (II and III) to support critical supply chain operations at NAVAL AIR STATION (NAS) JACKSONVILLE (JAX) BASE. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting mission readiness, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
As a Logistics Analyst, you won’t just process transactions - you’ll serve as a brand ambassador, representing professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service to U.S. military and federal agency customers.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Logistics & Supply Chain Operations
- Process GSA Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
- Review customer orders for completeness and accuracy
- Generate receipts and maintain organized electronic and physical order records
- Audit accounts and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Validate pricing, quantities, and payment authorizations
- Investigate order discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with management
Operational Support
- Assist with inventory and asset management processes
- Coordinate adjustments and disposal actions with leadership
- Support network operations by executing IT-directed equipment procedures when required
- Maintain compliance with established SOPs and government logistics procedures
Customer Service & Brand Representation
- Serve as a professional, welcoming point of contact for U.S. military and federal customers
- Provide timely and accurate order status updates via phone and email
- Deliver a positive customer experience at every interaction
- Represent the organization with integrity, responsiveness, and enthusiasm
Requirements for Candidate:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Dept. of War (Formerly DoD) supply chain management
• Thorough understanding of Government Logistics processes and/or Air Force specific SCM processes.
• Candidate must possess excellent written communication skills, including formal document preparation and report drafting.
• Must be comfortable in fast paced, government contracting climate.
Other Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be eligible for Secret Clearance OR Public Trust
- Must be eligible to access government systems to include U.S. Military installation’s.
- Must be able to pass background investigations including a FBI fingerprint check and a National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI) adjudication.
