Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is representing a mission-driven outpatient pediatric practice serving the Olean, New York community. This is a stable, well-supported opportunity offering strong compensation, flexible scheduling, and a fully outpatient model.
This role is ideal for a pediatrician seeking long-term consistency, meaningful community impact, and a balanced schedule without inpatient responsibilities.
• 100% outpatient pediatric care (infancy through adolescence)
• Preventive, acute, and chronic care management
• Dedicated 1:1 clinical support
• Opportunity for in-office procedures (based on experience)
• Teaching affiliation available with rural residency program
Schedule:
• Flexible 4-day or 5-day workweek
• No required weekends
• Optional weekend shifts available
• Phone-only call (~5 days per month)
Compensation:
• $280,000 base (5-day schedule)
• $250,000 base (4-day schedule)
• Sign-on bonus available
• Relocation assistance available
• NHSC loan repayment eligibility
• Malpractice coverage (FTCA – no cost)
