ABOUT THE POSITION 

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, scalability, and evolution of Verato’s AppExchange and Agentforce applications. This role is responsible for defining architectural standards, building reusable framework components, and modernizing DevOps practices through SFDX and scratch org–based development.

The ideal candidate will drive seamless integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud, ensuring trusted identity data is embedded within Salesforce workflows and AI-driven agent experiences. This position plays a critical role in strengthening the technical foundation of our Salesforce ecosystem while enabling innovation, scalability, and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Product Architecture

· Define and evolve the architecture of Verato’s 2GP managed packages.

· Design upgrade-safe, namespace-aware integrations between Salesforce and Verato’s APIs.

· Architect solutions for both traditional Salesforce UX and Agentforce AI experiences.

· Ensure multi-cloud compatibility and enterprise scalability.

· Design for AppExchange Security Review readiness.

Hands-On Engineering

· Develop advanced solutions in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

· Implement secure, high-performance Salesforce-to-Verato integrations.

· Contribute to Agentforce development including agent actions and orchestration.

· Apply enterprise design patterns (bulkification, CRUD/FLS, performance, testability).

· Write high-quality automated tests for managed package distribution.

DevOps & SDLC Evolution

· Lead the evolution to a robust Git-based CI/CD pipeline.

· Define branching strategy, versioning, and 2GP governance.

· Improve automation, static analysis, and release quality gates.

· Establish engineering standards aligned with ISV product development.

· 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

· Experience contributing to AppExchange managed packages (2GP preferred).

· Deep expertise in Apex and LWC.

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform internals and metadata architecture.

· Experience with SFDX and scratch orgs.

· Experience designing or implementing CI/CD pipelines.

· Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; exposure to Health Cloud or Financial Services Cloud.

· Ability to independently own architectural decisions.

· Strong English communication skills.

Desired Skills:

· Experience with Agentforce development.

· Experience building AI-enabled or agent-driven Salesforce applications.

· Experience with AppExchange Security Review.

· Experience in regulated industries.

· Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, etc.).
