• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Gloversville, NY (hybrid schedule available after onboarding)

This established outpatient behavioral health organization in Gloversville, NY is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join its collaborative clinical team.

• $70,000 – $80,000 Annual Salary

PRACTICE MODEL

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 4x10 Schedule
• Hybrid Schedule Available
• One evening per week required (until 7 PM)
• Outpatient Behavioral Health Setting
• Individual, Family, and Group Counseling
• Collaborative Interdisciplinary Care Team

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide counseling services to clients age 5+
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation within EHR
• Respond to urgent client needs and crisis situations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) License in New York  

• Strong clinical documentation skills  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
