Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based contract in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

This role supports a K–12 student population across multiple grade levels, providing speech and language services in a structured academic environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This opportunity is ideal for SLPs who enjoy working in school settings, collaborating with educators, and supporting student development through individualized therapy and intervention plans.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
• Contract Length: 44 weeks (academic year)
• Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
• Shift: Day shift, 5x7.5 (07:00–14:30)
• Caseload: K–12 students
• Travel between school sites may be required
• All orientation hours billable

COMPENSATION
• Gross: $2,588 per week
• W2: $30.00 per hour
• Tax-Free Stipend: $1,463 per week

CLINICAL FOCUS
• Speech and language evaluations
• Individualized therapy planning and delivery
• IEP development and documentation
• Collaboration with teachers and school staff
• Student progress monitoring and reporting

• Active Colorado SLP License REQUIRED (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• ASHA CCC’s REQUIRED

• 3 professional references REQUIRED (2 supervisory)
