Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Cartersville, Georgia.

This role supports a high-acuity adult ICU caring for complex critical care patients including neuro, cardiovascular, and multisystem organ dysfunction cases.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This opportunity is ideal for ICU nurses with strong ventilator management, vasoactive drip experience, and advanced cardiac monitoring skills who are comfortable working in a fast-paced critical care environment.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
• Contract Length: 12 weeks
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12 (1900–0730)
• Patient Ratio: 1:2
• Every other weekend required
• Floating within facility/scope as needed
• Adult and geriatric population

COMPENSATION
Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation. Each compensation package is customized and may include taxable hourly wages along with tax-free stipends when applicable.

• Ventilator management

• Cardiac rhythm monitoring

UNIT HIGHLIGHTS
• 21-bed adult ICU
• High-acuity patient population
• Strong critical care exposure
• Consistent 1:2 ratios

• Active Georgia RN license or Compact license REQUIRED at submission
• Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience REQUIRED (HARD STOP)
• ACLS REQUIRED
• BLS REQUIRED
• NIHSS REQUIRED
• Ability to manage vents and vasoactive drips REQUIRED

• First-time travelers accepted (with required experience)
