Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Atlanta, Georgia.

This role supports a high-acuity Cardiovascular Operating Room environment requiring strong scrub experience in open-heart and vascular procedures.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This opportunity is ideal for experienced CVOR nurses with hands-on exposure to complex cardiac and vascular cases, including CABG, valve replacement, thoracic, and vascular procedures. The unit requires strong technical skill, precision, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced surgical environment.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
• Contract Length: 26 weeks
• Shift: Day shift, 3x12 (0700–1900)
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Call Required (weekday + rotating weekends)
• Floating within facility and Main OR as needed
• Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric

CLINICAL FOCUS
• Open heart and cardiovascular surgical procedures
• CABG, valve replacements, vascular, and thoracic cases
• High-acuity surgical support environment
• Collaboration with surgical and anesthesia teams

• Ideal for experienced CVOR specialists seeking longer-term assignment

• Active Georgia RN license or Compact license REQUIRED at submission
• Minimum 2 years recent CVOR experience REQUIRED
• Strong scrub experience in cardiac and vascular cases REQUIRED
• ACLS REQUIRED
• BLS REQUIRED
• Experience with CABG, valve, vascular, and thoracic procedures REQUIRED
• Ability to take call and rotate weekends REQUIRED
• Floating within facility and Main OR REQUIRED
• RTO (Max 7 days) must be disclosed at submission
