Job Title: Instructional Coach 

The Instructional Coach supports teachers in improving instructional practices to enhance student learning and achievement. This role provides job-embedded professional development, models effective instructional strategies, analyzes student data, and collaborates with school leadership to strengthen teaching and learning across grade levels and content areas.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Valid teaching certification
• Minimum of 3–5 years successful classroom teaching experience

Schedule is Monday-Friday (7:30 am-3:30 pm). Salary competitive and DOE. Reports to the principal.
