Commercial Construction Project Manager
Location: Boise, Idaho (In-Person)

ACM (Alpine Construction Management) is a veteran-owned commercial general contractor based in Idaho, dedicated to high-quality construction and strong client partnerships. We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our growing team of experts, industry veterans, and genuinely good people.


As a member of our established Project Management team, the ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial construction, preferably with experience in medical facility projects. This role is based in our Boise headquarters, with regular and expected travel to our Idaho Falls office.


We are a tight-knit, fast-moving company. The right candidate will value the camaraderie, flexibility, and collaborative spirit of a smaller office environment—while also thriving in a role that requires proactive, independent work.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in commercial construction project management or a closely related field
  • Familiarity with medical construction is highly preferred
  • Ability to work in-person in our Boise office
  • Willingness to travel regularly to Idaho Falls
  • A team-oriented mindset combined with the confidence to work autonomously

Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in commercial construction project management or a closely related field.
  • Medical facility construction experience highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
  • Ability to oversee multiple phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, documentation, and reporting.

Work Environment & Location

  • Ability to work in-person at ACM’s Boise, Idaho headquarters.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to Idaho Falls to support projects and collaborate with team members.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, small-office environment with shifting priorities.
