Requirements

Solutionreach is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Account Executive (AE) to drive new business growth within the healthcare market. The AE will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close. 


This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, is skilled at building relationships with healthcare decision-makers, and is passionate about helping organizations improve patient engagement and operational success. 


The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, competitive, coachable, and experienced in selling SaaS solutions to SMB and mid-market organizations. 


Key Responsibilities 

Revenue Generation 

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. 
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. 
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, referrals, and strategic partnerships. 
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify customer pain points, business objectives, and workflow challenges. 
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs. 
  • Develop and present proposals, pricing, and business value recommendations. 
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities. 

Pipeline Management 

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management within CRM systems. 
  • Execute disciplined follow-up and sales process management. 
  • Prioritize high-value opportunities and manage sales activities efficiently. 
  • Track sales performance metrics and maintain pipeline hygiene. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs/BDRs), Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership. 
  • Provide feedback on messaging, competitive intelligence, and market trends. 
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous development initiatives. 


Qualifications Required 

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, inside sales, or account executive roles. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. 
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. 
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and urgency. 

Preferred 

  • Experience selling into healthcare, dental, medical, or patient engagement technology. 
  • Experience in high-volume outbound prospecting environments. 
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, or consultative sales methodologies. 
  • Experience working in a fast-growth SaaS environment.

Where is this role physically located?

This role is hybrid for those who live 50 miles or less from the Lehi Utah office. This role is remote for those who live 50+ miles from Lehi.
