About Traliant

The opportunity

We’re hiring a Product Manager to help Traliant identify, validate, and deliver new revenue stream products—from early discovery through launch and iteration. This role is ideal for a PM who loves competitive analysis, voice-of-customer discovery, and data-driven decision-making, and who is excited to apply AI thoughtfully to improve learning outcomes, administration workflows, and buyer value.

This role is grounded in the realities of the eLearning/compliance market: PMs are expected to ship, write clear specs, align cross-functionally, and define measurable outcomes—while staying close to customers and the competitive landscape.

What you’ll do

Own discovery for new products and revenue streams

  • Lead end-to-end discovery for new products, features, and monetization opportunities, including a rigorous competitive analysis program across compliance training and adjacent HR/Compliance buyer needs—tracking positioning, packaging, pricing signals, workflows, and AI differentiation.
  • Build a durable Voice of Customer engine: interviews, advisory groups, surveys, in-product signals, and feedback loops with Sales, CS, and Implementation.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative insights in win/loss and churn analysis into clear product opportunities and turn findings into roadmap proposals
  • Develop business cases outlining ICP, problem framing, value proposition, pricing/packaging hypotheses and success metrics in partnership with Product Marketing and GTM Council

Drive product roadmap execution

  • Define clear product outcomes, prioritize initiatives, and maintain a roadmap that balances growth bets, retention drivers, and platform leverage.
  • Partner closely with Development and Engineering to deliver high-quality releases—writing crisp requirements specs, defining acceptance criteria, supporting sprint execution, and ensuring smooth launches.
  • Establish clear KPIs (adoption, retention, NRR/GRR impact, attach rate, learner/admin experience metrics) and use results to iterate on warranty updates and product enhancements.

Plan and ship AI-powered capabilities (responsibly)

  • Identify where AI meaningfully improves customer value (e.g., content/configuration workflows, customization, personalized learning paths, admin automation, insights, support experiences).
  • Collaborate with Engineering and technical partners to translate needs into AI-ready requirements, including requirements and feature descriptions
  • Champion responsible AI practices including privacy, transparency, bias mitigation aligned with company values and customer trust.

Partner deeply with Go-to-Market and Product Marketing

  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to define positioning, differentiation, packaging, and launch strategy.
  • Contribute to cross-function planning through Traliant’s Go-to-Market Council participation and roadmap alignment, ensuring roadmap decisions are mapped directly to commercial priorities and market opportunity to inform successful launch criteria
  • Support sales enablement by delivering clear product narratives, competitive insights, demo-ready value propositions, and internal product training that helps Sales win.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on launch readiness, feedback loops, and post-launch performance measurement.

Be a cross-functional driver

  • Drive alignment with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
  • Communicate clearly about priorities, trade-offs, expected outcomes and learning plans.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguity while maintaining execution discipline

What success looks like (first 6–12 months)

  • A living competitive intelligence + VoC program that regularly informs roadmap decisions.
  • 1–2 validated new-product concepts with clear ICP, packaging, and launch plans.
  • At least one shipped “thin-slice” MVP or major enhancement delivering measurable revenue, retention or expansion impact
  • Strong operational partnership with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Engineering to ensure predictable execution against roadmap commitments.
Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Experience contributing to or leading 0?1 initiatives (new products, new modules, new monetization).
  • Practical experience with AI-powered product work or features (GenAI and/or ML): opportunity identification, requirements, measurement, and iteration.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment in a growth-focused environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-ready clarity

Nice to have
