RL Health Services Supervisor (LPN or RN) responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitors and provides for the medical needs of residents through emergency response, physician contact, accurate and complete clinical assessments, requests for physician services, pharmacist consultations, etc.
- Assists in the coordination of needs for Home Care program as it relates to caregiving and provides supervision and direction to Home Care department team members who have caregiving responsibilities.
- Manages Home Care caregiving schedules using Outlook.
- Responsible for revenue generating services under Home Care budget.
- Assists residents in maintaining health through education (nutrition, hygiene, exercise, medications) and advocacy for resident with other health care providers.
- Helps to coordinate resident admissions to/from other levels of care.
Requirements
RL Health Services Supervisor (LPN or RN) qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in long term care.
- Strong management, leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent public relation and organizational skills required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc); experience with Canva preferred.
- Current PA Driver's License for two or more years required.
