Job Summary:
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for supporting the "Hampton By Hilton" breakfast buffet by setting-up the breakfast items, restocking as needed, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area during breakfast service. This role ensures a pleasant dining experience for Hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set breakfast buffet according to Hampton brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Kitchen pantry and dining area, including floors and tables.
- Ensure all service stations are stocked and organized.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests courteously.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down breakfast service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
