Larson Automotive Group is seeking a highly organized, process-driven Loaner Fleet Manager to oversee loaner vehicle operations across three dealership locations within our Toyota service division.
This is a key operational leadership role responsible for fleet accountability, utilization, customer experience standards, and cross-store coordination. We are looking for a professional who thrives on structure, efficiency, and ownership.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage the full loaner fleet across three rooftops, ensuring accurate tracking, availability, and rotation
- Implement and enforce consistent check-in/check-out procedures with documented condition reporting
- Manage damage documentation and insurance claim information collection
- Monitor fleet utilization, downtime, maintenance needs, and overall readiness
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, fueled, staged, and accurately entered into the loaner management system
- Partner with Service Managers and Advisors to align fleet capacity with service demand
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation for compliance and internal accountability
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce loss exposure, and strengthen process controls
- Uphold Larson standards for professionalism, ethics, and operational integrity
What We’re Looking For
- Prior dealership service, fleet management, or operational leadership experience
- Strong inventory control and process management skills
- Experience with dealership management systems or loaner tracking software
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
- Clear communicator with leadership presence
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
