What You’ll Do 

 The Trades Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving our residential multi-trade service operations. This role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance and repair work across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. The Maintenance Manager ensures operational efficiency, high-quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service while supporting and developing field technicians.

Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience): 

• Goal oriented 
• Strong leadership skills 
• Task oriented, detail oriented 
• Administrative experience is preferred but not required 
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check 
• A current driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Trade experience is preferred but not required 
• ServiceTitan experience is preferred but not required 

Compensation:  $60,000 - $75,000/year 

Position is performance based
