We’re looking for a Sales Associate who brings energy, style, and exceptional customer service to our team during the Montauk season.

Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Frankies Bikinis. You create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining the brand’s visual and service standards. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume seasonal environment and bring a positive, team-first mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver an exceptional, elevated customer experience
   
• Build genuine connections with customers and provide styling guidance
   
• Drive individual and team sales goals
   
• Maintain strong product knowledge of swim, apparel, and accessories
   
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
   
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
   
• Assist with restocking, inventory management, and organization
   
• Maintain cleanliness and overall store aesthetic
   
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
   

What We’re Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
   
• Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays
• Must be available starting the second week of May
  Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
