Organization Name: Shelby American, Inc.

Hours/Week: 40 (Full Time)

Scheduled Hours: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm Monday through Friday, to include: a 30-minute unpaid Meal Break and three paid 15-minute Breaks for every four hours of work. Hourly Wage: Pay rate depends on level of experience (determined during interview).

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt


Job Purpose 


The computer programmer will develop an eCommerce website, replacing our current SAAS website with one that’s customized and integrated in-house with our other software. On-site only. All computer hardware and software required will be provided. 


Most likely a 6-8 month project with consideration for permanent employment upon completion.


Essential Job Functions


• Full-Stack Website Development

• Develop in C# / ASP.NET / MS-SQL

• Research, analyze, and resolve incidents and problems, often using SQL to discover data anomalies

• Retain confidential information on vehicles not released to the public

• Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.

• Must be able to perform the physical essential functions of this job.

• Must be able to perform related duties as required.

• Presents himself in a professional, positive, ethical manner at all times.

Qualifications

Experience and Education


Experience developing using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET / C# / SQL and other related development languages. Knowledge of software architecture and ability to work with other programmers at a technical level to design flexible, scalable, and secure systems. Knowledge of and experience with service-oriented architecture styles and protocols (e.g. REST, SOAP). Understanding of modern web development architectures.


Ability to pass a Pre-Employment, Random or Reasonable Suspicion Drug Screen(s). Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Background Check.
