Description
South Dade Toyota is seeking a hardworking and highly motivated Part-Time Sales Greeter and Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in welcoming customers, providing them with a memorable experience, and assisting Product Specialists in delivering consistent service. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and supporting day-to-day dealership operations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership, determining the purpose of their visit
- Answer basic customer questions and refer more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member
- Record and register customer demographic information using the Smartpath system
- Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate Product Specialist or introduce them directly
- Process payments as required using CDK System
- Maintain the front desk calendar in collaboration with the Sales Manager, arranging shift coverage when needed

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors as needed
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Shift Schedule: This position requires availability to work on weekends.
