Summary/Objective
As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on identifying opportunities for the company to generate new business by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers.
Essential Functions
Be the voice of Grunt Style and begin building relationships with active and prospective customers.
Build and execute outbound campaigns to generate opportunities through a high volume of daily calls and emails targeted to specific customer channels.
Leverage multiple tools including LinkedIn, Apollo, industry news, GS connections, and other data sources to effectively communicate to GS’s target roles and industries.
Develop, test, and iterate messaging that resonates with prospective customers and drives meetings with prospects and converts to new business.
Assess prospective customer’s current and potential needs, determining appropriate GS products and services.
Field inbound calls from prospective customers and route inquiries to the appropriate GS team member.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Contact and qualify potential customers.
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
Set appointments and follow up on leads for the sales team and sales leadership team as needed.
Use customer relationship management software to keep detailed call records and manage leads with sales activities.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printer/copiers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm., 40 hours. Some evenings and weekends.
