We are seeking a skilled, dependable Line Cook who takes pride in execution, consistency, and teamwork in a professional kitchen environment.


As a Line Cook, you are responsible for the accurate and timely execution of menu items during service. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple stations. Success in this position means delivering consistent quality while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to culinary standards. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and management specifications
  • Execute dishes in alignment with cooking temperatures, plating standards, and ticket time expectations
  • Work multiple stations within the kitchen as assigned
  • Maintain clean and organized food preparation areas throughout each shift
  • Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation procedures are followed
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, mixers, blenders, and other appliances
  • Assist other cooks and kitchen team members during service as needed
  • Follow all health department regulations and food safety standards
  • Adhere to all instructions and direction from culinary leadership in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen environment 
  • Ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking techniques with consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stations in a fast paced environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Professional, team oriented mindset with clear communication skills
  • Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
