Position Summary:


The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for full-cycle, supporting hiring needs across Account Services, Operations, Travel Staff, Event Management, and Specialist-level roles. This role partners closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs, proactively source and evaluate qualified candidates, manage hiring pipelines, and deliver a thoughtful, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience.


This position plays a critical role in building and maintaining EEG’s talent pipeline while serving as a brand ambassador for the company. The Acquisition Manager acts as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insight and guidance on hiring strategy, staffing needs, candidate alignment, and long-term talent planning to ensure alignment with EEG’s culture and values.

Requirements

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across the organization, including but not limited to:

  • Account Directors 
  • Account Manager 
  • Account Strategists
  • Managers of Operations
  • Senior Event Managers
  • Event Managers
  • Event Specialists
  • Onsite Travel Director
  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
  2. Develop and manage job postings, outreach messaging, and sourcing strategies aligned with each role and department.
  3. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks, and other recruiting platforms.
  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  5. Coordinate and manage interview processes, including scheduling, interviewer preparation, and candidate communication.
  6. Gather and present candidate feedback to hiring managers to support hiring decisions.
  7. Clearly communicate role expectations to candidates, including working hours, travel requirements, and compensation structure, ensuring alignment prior to hiring manager interview.

     

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a professional, transparent, and positive experience.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates regarding next steps, timelines, process and outcomes.
  • Represent EEG’s brand, culture, and values in all candidate interactions.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire in partnership with Operations, Human Resources, and Development team.

Process & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate notes, and status updates in applicant tracking systems or internal tools.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate quality, and hiring efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership on workforce planning, anticipated hiring needs, and seasonal staffing trends.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and status tracking to ensure visibility, organization, and timely follow-up.

Education and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment
  • Experience recruiting for event services, hospitality or project management is a plus
  • Familiarity with Paylocity is a plus

Required Travel: This position requires minimal travel (up to 10%), primarily for internal meetings or occasional onsite support.

Salary Description
$70,000 - $75,000
